Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring complete isolation between organisations. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
We are based in Australia and your data may be processed in Australia, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Anthropic (AI features), Resend (email)
- Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition
5. AI Features
Sales On Point uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power Deal Intelligence and email generation features. When you use these features, relevant deal data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. 6. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act)
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
