By creating an account or using Sales On Point ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Sales On Point is a B2B sales enablement platform that provides real-time call assistance, deal management, document library, AI-powered deal intelligence, and related tools for sales teams.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Sales On Point, including deal notes, documents, and playbook content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. AI Features

Sales On Point uses third-party AI services (Anthropic) to power certain features. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sales On Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
